Privacy Policy – OneWomanFactory Automation Platform

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how OneWomanFactory by Irit Yablon (“we”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information obtained from Meta’s Platform APIs (including Facebook Lead Ads and WhatsApp Business API) when providing automation services to business clients.
2. Role and Responsibility

We act as a Data Processor on behalf of our business clients, who are the Data Controllers that collect leads through Meta platforms. We only process the data as instructed by the controller and for the specific purpose of delivering automated messages and lead notifications.
3. Data We Process
 
  • Lead information submitted through Facebook Lead Ads forms (name, phone, email, etc.) 
  • Technical data required to operate WhatsApp messaging (phone number, message content) 
4. How We Use and Protect the Data

All data is transmitted securely, stored in a private database hosted on DigitalOcean, and deleted when no longer needed. We never sell, transfer, or use this data for marketing beyond the client’s instructions.
