Welcome to the OneWomanFactory automation platform operated by Irit Yablon.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the automation services that connect Meta’s Lead Ads and WhatsApp Business features (“the Service”).

1. Use of the Service
The Service is designed to automate communication between Facebook Lead Ads and WhatsApp Business accounts for approved business clients.
You agree to use the Service only in compliance with Meta’s Developer Policies and all applicable laws.

2. Ownership

All automation workflows, code, and infrastructure are owned and operated by Irit Yablon / OneWomanFactory.

3. Data Handling

The Service processes lead data received from Meta only for the purpose of delivering messages or notifications as requested by each client.
All processing is handled securely in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

4. Limitation of Liability

OneWomanFactory provides the Service “as is” without warranty.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
