About the App
Leads Messaging Automation is a secure integration built by Irit Yablon (OneWomanFactory).
When a new lead submits a Facebook Lead Ads form, the system instantly receives the event through Meta’s Webhooks, stores it in a private database, and sends a personalized WhatsApp message to the lead using the WhatsApp Business Cloud API.
The automation runs on a self-hosted n8n server deployed on DigitalOcean, ensuring full control of data flow and privacy.
The app is currently in testing mode for client demonstrations .
How it works
Lead Form Submitted
A user fills a Facebook Lead Ads form.
Webhook Triggered (Meta → n8n)
Meta sends a leadgen event to
the app’s webhook endpoint.
Automated Response via WhatsApp
The system retrieves lead info and sends a WhatsApp welcome message using Meta’s WhatsApp Business API.
